Vegas snapshots spring 2013

Relaxed, surf-inspired looks continue to trend in contemporary sportswear as we saw last week in Las Vegas. Important callouts include swimwear, shorts, slouchy knits, lightweight jackets and accessories like sunglasses, bracelets and bags. And whether washed-down or vibrant, the use of color was another important take-away for spring. Even brands known for using a more neutral palette have injected some sort of color into their spring ’13 collections. In no particular order, here are some of my favorite snapshots from the shows.
