The new company will comprise the Wrangler, Lee, and Rock & Republic brands, and the VF Outlet business.
The separation is currently targeted to be completed in the first half of calendar 2019, subject to final approval by the company’s Board of Directors.
Travis Campbell has been named as Vice President, General Manager, The North Face, Americas, while Jennifer McLaren will become President of the company’s Smartwell brand.
Since joining VF in 2010, Arens led The North Face brand in EMEA where he oversaw sales, marketing, merchandising, product development and direct-to-consumer activities.
In his new role, Pisani replaces Stewart Whitney who left the company in July 2016.
