SCHMOOZING: ADIDAS AND EXTRA BUTTER DEBUT EXCLUSIVE RUNNING SHOE

On Thursday, March 15, athletic brand Adidas unveiled its new exclusive colorway of the Alphabounce Beyond at Manhattan sneaker and streetwear retailer Extra Butter.
The new white and aero blue silhouette inspired by VO2 Max was revealed at a pop-up that looked more medical lab than shop. Guests watched as runners went through the VO2 Max testing by custom performance on a Woodway treadmill and Recovery by NormaTec.
To celebrate the launch, Extra Butter will offer complementary services for runners throughout the month including a series of free runs and yoga sessions.
The shoe, which retails for $130, is exclusively available at the Extra Butter’s pop-up shop, located at 101 Stanton Street, through Wednesday, March 28.
