SAKS OFF 5TH AND DSW ANNOUNCE NEW STORE OPENINGS
Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH has announced plans to open two new stores this fall. The first is a 33,000-square foot store located at Washington D.C.’s historical Thurman Arnold Building, located at 555 12th St. NW, set to open in September 2016. It marks Saks OFF 5TH’s official entry into the DC market.
In addition, a 25,000-square-foot shop will be located at the Promenade, a landmark shopping destination located at Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard and North Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, Arizona. It is slated to open in October 2016.
Meanwhile, leading branded footwear and accessories retailer DSW will open four new stores this month: one at Hampton Roads Crossing in Suffolk, Virginia, on April 16, and new shops at Dulles Landing in Dulles, Virginia, the Kingston Mall in Kingston, NY, and the Southpark Mall in Strongville, Ohio on April 21. As of April 21, DSW will operate 477 stores in 42 states.
