PACKER SHOES, ASICS AND MITCHELL & NESS JOIN FORCES ON TENNIS-INSPIRED COLLECTION
In honor of the upcoming U.S. Open, Packer Shoes is joining forces with ASICS and Mitchell & Ness to launch a new limited-edition collection of tennis-inspired sneakers, apparel and accessories that celebrates each brand’s rich legacy on and off the court.
The limited edition collection will be released through a special pop-up activation space inside New York City’s Grand Central Station’s Vanderbilt Hall from Tuesday, August 30 through Thursday, September 1.
Apparel includes vintage tennis-inspired pieces such as the Mitchell & Ness Arthur Ashe Track Jacket, while the footwear portion of the collection spans several generations of ASICS and Onitsuka Tiger silhouettes spread across three product categories. The Onitsuka Tiger brand’s longstanding tennis roots are represented by the Lawnship and GSM models; while the ASICS Tiger brand serves up the GEL-Lyte III and GEL-Sight models, along with the GEL-Resolution 6 performance model, which gets reimagined with a lifestyle twist punctuated by a mismatched colorway.
Prices for the collection will range from $30 to $160.
