OAK HALL COMPLETES 12,000 SQUARE-FOOT EXPANSION IN NASHVILLE
Memphis-based and family-owned retailer Oak Hall entered the Nashville market in March 2016 with immediate plans to grow its footprint at Hill Center Green Hills.
That expansion, from its initial 2,000 square-foot space into a 12,000 square-foot flagship format, was recently completed with the opening of a dedicated women’s section, expanded men’s section, custom tailor space, private styling room and management offices.
Founded in 1859 as one of the first ready-to-wear menswear stores in the country, Oak Hall is currently being led by sixth generation family member, Will Levy. The family also owns and operates Vineyard Vines in Hill Center Green Hills.
“Prior to opening our storefront in 2016, Nashville was already a growing market of ours through loyal Oak Hall clients that found us online or experienced our Memphis store,” said Will Levy, president of Oak Hall. “Over the past two years, Nashville has welcomed and embraced us and we are beyond excited about the expanded store and the ability to offer our long-standing values, exceptional service and world-class style offerings to Nashville.”
Levy has charged director Brent Reece, who comes to Oak Hall from managerial positions at Brooks Brothers and Tiffany’s, with assembling a team of experienced stylists, merchandise managers, buyers, and tailors. “Similar to the planning and details that went into the expansion that took place over the past year, we took the same careful planning to grow our team into what we believe has the best to offer our clients in terms of personalized attention and service,” commented Reece.
Specializing in men and women’s ready-to-wear apparel with a nod to southern charm, yet also offering the latest in European fashions, Oak Hall’s women’s brands include Nashville-based jewelry designers Carden Avenue and Ever Alice Studio as well as Loeffler Randall, Derek Lam, Max Mara, ALC, Nili Lotan, Rag and Bone, Rebecca Taylor, Vince and more. Men’s collections include casual and formal wear, leather goods and shoes from Ermenegildo Zegna, Canali, Isaia, Luciano Barbera, Samuelsohn, Jack Victor, Eton, Peter Millar, Eleventy, Faherty, and more.

Dates for the official grand opening festivities this fall will be announced soon and will include a month-long charitable giving campaign, special event open to the public along with special promotions and the release of fall collections.
