NIKE TO RELEASE KOBE A.D. SNEAKER ON AUGUST 24
Nike will release the latest sneaker inspired by basketball legend Kobe Bryant, the mid-top KOBE A.D., on August 24.
The five-shoe collection, which comes in yellow, red, purple, blue and grey, applies Bryant’s intrigue of how color personally affects him. In addition, each shoe has a multilayer upper that provides a lightweight, ultra-thin feel that’s strong and supportive; lunarlon foam combines with Zoom Air for soft yet responsive, cushioning; and an engineered tread provides optimal traction for cutting and moving swiftly. Individual colorways will also have their own details, including references to his career statistics.
The shoes are expected to retail for $150 per pair.
