The changes continue at Ben Sherman.

The London-based company, which was acquired by Marquee Brands LLC from Oxford Industries for £40.8 million ($63.7 million) on July 20, announced today that Mark Maidment, its CEO and creative director, is leaving the brand after 13 years.

Maidment was named CEO in April 2013 after Pan Philippou left the role in November 2012.

Mark Williams succeeds Maidment as creative director. Simon Smith, chief restructuring officer, was named interim CEO.

“With Mark’s honest, focused approach and respectful philosophy; he has taken Ben Sherman to the level which encompasses the brand’s inherent DNA and rich heritage whilst being at the forefront of the brand’s button up culture,” the brand said in a statement. “Marquee Brands have acknowledged Mark’s leadership in reinvigorating this iconic brand and thank him and his team for their contribution.”
