LANAI COLLECTION TO OPEN HAMPTONS SUMMER SHOP
Santa Monica-based contemporary menswear lifestyle brand Lanai Collection will open the doors of its first brick-and-mortar store in the Hamptons for summer 2016 on Memorial Day, May 30. The shop, which will feature over 1,500 items from the brand’s line of leisurewear, is located at 38 Jobs Lane in Southampton and will be open Monday through Saturday from 10:00am to 8:00pm and Sunday from 10:00am to 6:00pm through Labor Day weekend, closing on September 6.
The shop’s interior design is inspired by the beauty and luxury of the utopian Hawaiian island of Lanai. Key items in the summer collection that will be featured in the space are the short sleeved polo shirt ($90), floral drawstring shorts ($165) and heather alloy classic shirt with pocket ($195). Lanai will also offer official merchandise from the America’s Cup. Items from Gents, including luxury hats, and GOA Skincare, a line of skin and grooming solutions for men, will also be featured at the pop-up store.
“Lanai Collection has had a tremendous following of enthusiastic customers on the east coast since launching online two years ago, so our Hamptons pop-up shop gives both our loyalists and newcomers to the brand access to our season-appropriate menswear all summer long,” said Jackie Chiuchiarelli, chief creative officer for Lanai Collection. “In Gents and GOA Skincare we have found two like-minded brands that complement the contemporary Lanai lifestyle and we are thrilled to share our pop-up space with them for summer of ’16.”
Lanai Collection will have a presence at a number of premiere community events this summer, including sponsoring the Hamptons Golf Classic on June 20 and partnering with The Tasting Table Summer Series on various events through the summer.
The Lanai pop-up shop will celebrate its grand opening with a summertime soiree on Saturday, May 28 at 6:00pm. Complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres will be provided, in addition to discounts on everything in the store.
