KOHL’S PARTNERS WITH DELIV TO OFFER SAME-DAY SERVICE
Department store chain Kohl’s has partnered with Deliv, a leading crowdsourced delivery company, to power same-day delivery in nine markets, including Boston, Brooklyn/Queens, Los Angeles, Miami, Northern New Jersey, and Philadelphia. Deliv currently powers Kohl’s same-day service in San Francisco, the San Francisco Bay Area and Chicago.
Customers in participating markets can place orders on Kohls.com using their laptops, smartphones or tablets. Customers can select the same-day delivery option at checkout and items will be delivered later that day.
“Fulfilling shipments from local stores is core to omnichannel and the future of retail. We’re excited to partner with Kohl’s as a part of their broader omnichannel strategy,” said Daphne Carmeli, founder and CEO of Deliv.
Deliv has previously partnered with over 1,000 national, regional, and local online businesses and retailers, including Williams-Sonoma, Macy’s, and Bloomingdale’s. The company currently operates in 17 markets.
