Menswear online retailer JackThreads has partnered with snowboard lifestyle brand Burton on a second capsule collection set to launch online today, October 14.

The exclusive Burton x JackThreads: Year Two capsule builds off of the brands’ 2015 collaboration, riffing on its most popular bags and expanding the collection to include outerwear. The four-piece capsule consists of the Burton x JackThreads Crown Point duffle ($99), Burton x JackThreads Bennington pack ($119), Burton x JackThreads Ticonderoga jacket ($199) and the Burton x JackThreads Champlain jacket ($149).

In a nod to the brands’ shared East Coast heritage style, each item is named after towns and lakes in New York and Vermont. The pieces are constructed from durable, winter-ready materials like waxed canvas, twill, and down, with cream webbing with navy and red stitching that runs across the entire capsule. Additionally, functional details like a sherpa-lined laptop sleeve and rubber-dipped zipper cords give each piece a tech-forward utility.

“After the overwhelmingly positive response we saw with last year’s Sideways Collection, we knew we had to bring back a Burton collab this year,” said Al Raddock, head of apparel, JackThreads. “To keep it fresh, we updated the best-selling bags with an earthy color palette, pulled in Japanese design cues and expanded the collection to include jackets. This capsule is on-trend for fall and fits just as well on a hike in Vermont as it does on city streets.”

“Teaming up with JackThreads was a great opportunity to showcase our shared belief that style and quality are the foundation to creating great product,” added Mike Gratz, senior creative manager – softgoods, Burton. “Through our collaborative relationship with the JT team we paired a unique combination of classic designs and durable materials with modern functionality to create a truly unique capsule.”
