JACHS NEW YORK TO ADD FOOTWEAR WITH NEW LICENSING DEAL
Vintage-inspired American contemporary lifestyle brand Jachs New York has partnered with Prime Footwear Group to expand into footwear.
Prime will develop a full collection of men’s footwear including sneakers, boat shoes, chukkas, hiking boots and dress shoes under the Jachs New York brand and its other labels, The Original J.A.C.H.S. Manufacturing Co. and Jachs Camping Co.
“The Jachs brand is an increasingly well-known favorite among today’s male and female consumer that stands for intricate attention to detail, blend of classic and modern, designer style and fit, all at an affordable price,” said David Antebi, president and chief executive officer of Prime Footwear Group. “We see a great opportunity translating the brand’s DNA and delivering the same level of exceptional quality, style and value into men’s footwear.”

Jachs’ exclusive licensing agent, Merchant Factors, brokered the deal. The line is slated to launch in spring 2019 at department stores, specialty stores, jachsny.com and online retailers.
