FRANK + OAK UNVEILS NEW OMNI-CHANNEL EXPERIENCE

Frank + Oak SiteCanada-based lifestyle menswear brand Frank + Oak has unveiled a new look and customer experience with the launch of a new app, website and store concept.

The new Frank + Oak App, which is available now for iPhone and iPad in the U.S. and Canada App Stores, introduces two signature features: guided shopping provided by a brand stylist and two-hour delivery on a curated assortment of core apparel and grooming items in select markets. Available during the weekday hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm, the new delivery option is now available in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver and will expand to other U.S. and Canadian markets in September. New levels of micro-personalization and suggestions are also introduced in the app and will allow the brand to feature products for the shopper based on their prior purchases, profile and location.

The first new store concept opened in Montreal on May 1 with four distinct zones across 3,000 square feet — a private personal styling zone, a grooming zone, a browsing zone and a lounge zone offering third-party coffee and treats. Other markets are being opened or converted within the coming months.

This evolution follows on the heels of the relaunch of the company’s highly successful frequent shopper program, Frank + Oak Elevate, and the entry of the brand into 40+ international markets. With over 2.5 million members Frank + Oak is growing at a rate of 80% year-over-year in the last quarter alone.
