DIRK BIKKEMBERGS INKS LICENSING DEAL WITH LEATHER GOODS MAKER LA COMPAGNIA DELLE PELLI
Milan-based ‘sport couture’ fashion brand Dirk Bikkembergs has announced a new licensing agreement with leather goods producer La Compagnia delle Pelli SpA for the production and worldwide distribution of Bikkembergs products.
The new license will help the label to develop in terms of both its products and distribution. The first leather accessories collection under this new deal will launch during the autumn/winter 2018 season.
“With a view to re-launch the brand, which is heading in the right direction thanks also to the stylistic vision of its new creative director Lee Wood, we have entrusted the production and distribution of our range of accessories to this Bergamo-based company, which has accumulated a great deal of experience since it was founded in 1993,” said Dario Predonzan, COO of Levitas SpA, the company that owns Dirk Bikkembergs. “We are confident that the shared vision of the two companies, which focuses on product quality, will have a positive impact on the partnership.”
