Diesel has announced that the second installment of Diesel Red Tag will land in Milan for men’s fashion week this June.

Following the debut of Shayne Oliver’s inaugural edition of the initiative at this past Paris women’s fashion week, the second Red Tag guest designer, who will be announced shortly, will present their collection at Milan men’s week next month. Diesel Red Tag is an incubator calling upon select influential designers to create capsule collections in collaboration with Diesel – thus fostering a unique dialogue and interaction between Diesel and the fashion community.

The Red Tag project quenches the thirst for exclusive and season-less product amongst Diesel’s fans while also championing the brands heritage through the utilization of denim, showing what can be done with it at the highest and most creative level. The capsule collections that belong to the Red Tag project act as an amplification and an expansion of the Diesel universe.

Shayne Oliver’s capsule, which consists of ten curated looks, will be available in August on Diesel.com and in cutting edge concept stores including L’Eclaireur, Luisa Via Roma, Artifacts and Opening Ceremony in collaboration with Tomorrow London Ltd.

“This is a vibrant moment for Diesel – we are working on a series of global initiatives, one of which is this, with the most groundbreaking and radical international designers,” said Renzo Rosso, founder of Diesel. “The new generations are excited and engaged by beautiful products that have a soul and speak the language of today.”

The presentation of Red Tag in Milan will take the place of the regularly scheduled Diesel Black Gold show this season, however the spring/summer ‘19 collection will be available in the showroom for retailers and clients.
