Italian menswear brand Boglioli will open its first American retail store on the bottom floor of New York City’s 10 Bond Street in spring 2016. The seven story building, designed by Seldoff & Associates, contains 11 luxury residences.

The company, which primarily wholesales to high-end men’s stores, opened its first retail shop on Milan’s Via San Pietro all’Orto eariler this year, and plans additional retail expansion both in the U.S. and internationally.

Known for its incredibly soft garments and special dying process, Boglioli also recently hired Davide Marello, a veteran of Giorgio Armani and Gucci, as its first creative director for both its men’s and women’s lines. His first menswear collection is scheduled to be shown in Milan in January.
