BOGLIOLI TAPS ANDREA PERRONE AS NEW CEO
Italian private equity firm Wise SGR, majority shareholder of luxury brand Boglioli, has appointed Andrea Perrone as Boglioli’s new chief executive officer, effective immediately.
Perrone assumes his new role upon the recent exit of former chairman and CEO Giovanni Mannucci, who has just joined Forall Confezioni as its new CEO where he will focus his work on the company’s luxury brand Pal Zileri.
Perrone started his career at the Brioni Group, where, after joining the board of directors in 2005, he served as CEO from 2006 to 2010. After a brief advisor period, Perrone joined Ferrari SpA in 2011 as SVP and was later promoted to CEO in 2013. He held the position until he left the company at the start of 2015.
He has been a member of the board of Boglioli SpA since 2013, as a director of the shareholder Wise SGR, and became senior advisor on Wisequity III and Wisequity IV funds in 2016.
