Brickell City CenterItalian luxury brand Kiton and Swiss shoe brand Bally are among the stores that will join previously-announced Saks Fifth Avenue at Brickell City Centre in South Florida. The three-floor shopping center will also feature office space, the EAST, Miami Hotel, and dine-in theater Cinemex, as will connect with a Miami Metromover stop.

Other stores already committed to the centre include Giuseppe Zanotti Design, La Perla. Valentino, Chopard, Lululemon, Harmont & Blaine, Cole Haan, Illesteva, OndadeMar, Ted Baker, Agent Provocateur, 100% Capri, Addict, Vilbrequin and APM Monaco. Additional tenants will be announced in November.

“Brickell has long been an office, condo and hotel district with a scarcity in retail,” said Debora Overholt, senior retail director at Swire Properties. “Our newly announced luxury retailers are coming from the world’s top fashion capitals because they understand that Brickell City Centre will position them at the forefront of millions of international visitors, residents and daytime workers seeking quality brands.”
