BAHA MAR RESORT AND VILEBREQUIN INTRODUCE EXCLUSIVE ITEMS

Baha Mar, the newest resort destination in The Bahamas, has introduced an exclusive capsule collection of swimwear and accessories in partnership with luxury fashion brand Vilebrequin.

The three-piece limited-edition collaboration is inspired by the artwork of notable Bahamian artist and Baha Mar’s creative arts director John Cox and celebrates resort lifestyle embodied by Baha Mar and Vilebrequin.

The Vilebrequin x Baha Mar collaboration features signature pieces which debut an original, colorful flamingo print, inspired by the dynamic and bold artwork of the Caribbean, as well as the beauty and graceful nature of the national bird of The Bahamas, the flamingo. Created from the imaginative designs by Cox, the bespoke Baha Mar blue, turquoise and white geometric flamingo print is now available in Vilebrequin’s signature Men’s Moorea Short, Boy’s Jim Short and the Balade Tote Bag. The range marks the first time Bahamian artwork is prominently featured on such recognizable and timeless international brand.

Capturing Vilebrequin’s St. Tropez heritage and Baha Mar’s Bahamian aesthetic throughout the capsule, the swim trunks boast a bright green drawstring, perfectly blending with the bright and enigmatic flamingo print. The swim trunk design is comprised of Vilebrequin’s exclusively developed, soft touch polyamide fabric and features an elastic waistband with drawstring, three pockets, and a fast-drying cotton-polyester inner brief
