AWL & SUNDRY TO OFFER READY-TO-WEAR SHOE COLLECTION
Popular custom shoe online retailer Awl & Sundry will launch a new collection of ready-to-wear shoes later this spring.
According to CEO and co-founder Nikunj Marvania, the company determined the most popular shoe styles and colors based on the data from the custom shoes they offer, and decided on four styles – the oxford, derby, single monkstrap and chukka boot, in two colorways. All shoes are handcrafted using premium full grain vegetable tanned leather with Argentinian leather soles. The shoes will retail for $225 and will include free shipping and exchanges. (Right now, the pre-order price is $195.)
“The idea came about because of how successful our company has been. In the end, our ready-to-wear collection was driven by our customers who wanted great quality, comfortable and stylish shoes at an economic price point,” said Marvania.
