AGENDA ANNOUNCES MIAMI SHOW FOR JANUARY

by Christopher Blomquist

Agenda_MIA_longAgenda, the trade show for streetwear and action sports brands, is trading Manhattan for Miami.

It announced yesterday that it will no longer be holding its annual January New York show and instead will relocate the event to Miami.

“We’re excited to step out of the stuffy convention center atmosphere and back to our roots in a non-traditional raw warehouse space,” said show founder Aaron Levant. “Everything will be reimagined for this new edition of Agenda, from the brand mix, to the look and feel of the show. Miami offers us the perfect backdrop to create fresh energy around our brands and the industry as a whole.”

The first Miami edition will take place at the Mana Wynwood Gallery January 18-19, 2016.

In an exclusive interview with shop-eat-surf.com, Levant  said that he hoped to attract more surf brands with the new location and that Agenda’s east coast summer edition would remain in New York.
